Role Overview:
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing skilled candidates for some of the most exciting & groundbreaking jobs across the life sciences space. You will have the opportunity to learn the ropes, develop essential skills, and build your recruitment career from the ground up. This role is perfect for those who are ready to embrace hard work and are eager to see the results of their efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates for various roles, primarily within the EU markets.
Engage with potential candidates, understanding their aspirations and aligning them with opportunities.
Run the end-to-end recruitment process; meeting clients and candidates, understanding job requirements & specifications, preparing candidates for interviews and negotiating offers and salaries.

Sales experience is a plus, but not essential—what matters is a genuine interest in the recruitment industry and a drive to succeed.
