As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will place some of the most senior, well paid construction professionals across the US construction space.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Working across the US construction market, collaborating with owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, architects, and general contractors to support them with their senior level hiring
You’ll be sourcing specialist candidates, conducting video interviews & introducing candidates to suitable business opportunities in the US
Managing the end to end interview process from first interviews to closing & negotiating job offers
Training Program:
You’ll undergo an 8-week intensive group training program led by the head of Learning & Development. This is a deep dive into the world of recruitment and the construction industry, focusing on skill-building, client calls, and learning the company’s process.
The training is hands-on and practical, with weekly 1-to-1 sessions and group coaching to ensure you’re set up for success.
No quotas to pass the academy – it’s all about showing your skill and drive, with a focus on coachability, ambition, and a willingness to go the extra mile.

Starting salary: £27,000 - £30,000
